Patio Rental Agreement

• $500 for 3-hour Patio Rental on Saturday & Sunday

• $400 for 3-hour Patio Rental on Monday - Friday

• $100 per additional hour 

• A minimum of two cases of wine must be purchased with a discount of 10% off a case

• Macchia Wine Club Members receive a 20% discount on Rental Fee & Wine

• Rental Hours: Starting at  11 am. All events must conclude by 4:15 pm

• Propane heaters are available at an additional cost of $30 per heater/Fire Table

• $50 cleaning free (waived if area is picked up & trash is taken off premises by the renter)

The Covered Patio can seat up to about 30 people with the current bistro tables but can hold up to 80. 

All additional decoration and setup is to be done by the renter. The renter will have access to the Winery 1 hour before the event time free of charge. Additional set up hours can be purchased at $100 per hour.  

• A $50 deposit is required to reserve the date. The deposit will not be refunded if canceled within ten days of the event but is fully refundable until ten days before the event date.

• The remainder of the rental balance, including the $50 cleaning fee, is due on the day of the event. 

• Macchia Wines purchased from Macchia are the ONLY alcoholic beverages allowed on site. A $200 fine will be applied if any outside alcohol is brought on site. (We can lose our alcohol license)

• We do not provide caterers, but you are welcome to hire one or bring your own food.

• Renters will receive 10% off tasting room prices of wine purchased for the event. Wine Club Members receive a 20% discount.

• Wine glasses are provided with the rental of the Patio. Any broken or missing glasses will be charged to the renter at a rate of $5 per glass. 

 The renter is responsible for any damages done on Winery Property during the event. Pool Access is NOT permitted. Prices are subject to change.
